How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and tracked delivery across Australia usually takes 7–15 business days. Some of our pieces ship from our international fulfilment partners — that's why it takes a little longer, and we'd rather tell you now than surprise you later. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Tracked shipping is free on all orders within Australia. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number — pop it into our Track My Order page anytime to see where your parcel is. If tracking hasn't moved in more than 7 business days, email us and we'll chase it up.
What if the size doesn't fit?
No stress — you can return it within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn with tags attached. Just email us your order number and we'll sort the rest. If you're unsure about sizing before you order, send us a message — we're happy to help you pick.
